Our Client Ecopart, a leading in car recycling, dismantlers, dealers and scrap car dealers, are seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team, based in Crumlin.
As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for helping customers identify and purchase the correct parts for their vehicle needs. You will work closely with our dismantling and logistics teams to ensure an accurate, efficient and friendly service.
You will handle inbound calls, online enquiries, order processing and returns while maintaining clean, organised parts storage and accurate inventory records.
Pay Rate: £29k - £31K (Depending On Experience)
Hours Per Week: 40 Hours
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:30am
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Job Criteria:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role
- Good working knowledge of modern vehicles, components and fitment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence handling incoming calls and helping customers identify parts
- Good IT skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail with an organised working style
- Ability to work with autonomy and prioritise workload in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with recycled / dismantled parts is desirable but not essential Desirable
Job Duties:
- Assist retail and trade customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide clear and helpful advice to customers via phone, email and in-person
- Process incoming enquiries, quotations, sales orders and returns
- Maintain accurate stock and ensure parts are correctly labelled and stored
- Check availability, pricing and compatibility through internal systems
- Work closely with dismantling, warehouse and transport teams to fulfil orders
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Keep the parts department tidy organised and compliant
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support wider site operations when required
