Our client is seeking an Assembly Operative to join their team based in Craigavon.
Pay Rate: £14.39 Per Hour
Hours Per Week: 25.5
Working Hours: Monday - Wednesday: 07.45am -4.45pm, with possibility of more hours
Job Type: Part Time, Temporary Ongoing
Job Criteria:
· Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
· Previous assembly experience
· Experience with cable harnesses preferred
· Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
· A team player mindset with excellent communication skills
· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
Job Duties:
· Assemble and manufacture heat pumps according to established procedures and guidelines
· Carry out various production tasks, including brazing, wiring and mechanical assembly
· Perform quality checks to ensure that all units meet our stringent quality standards
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to provide feedback on product improvements and optimisation
· Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines
·Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
· Contribute to a positive team environment by actively engaging in team meetings and sharing ideas
