Our client is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their team based in Ballygawley.
Pay Rate: £13.09 - £13.93 Per Hour
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary Ongoing
Hours Per Week: 39
Working Hours: Monday: 7am - 4pm
Friday: 7AM - 1PM
Job Duties:
- The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for the checking off/put away of parts within the Goods In function as well as accurate picking and packing of parts.
- You will contribute to departmental OKR’s by accurately checking off and putting away parts into location, while also ensuring a high level of accuracy when picking and packing in a timely manner for customer orders. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be aware of the onsite Health and Safety rules and procedures and will report all EHS hazards & incidents.
- You will also be responsible for reporting any quality issues at the earliest point within the process.
-When needed you may be required to help in other functions within the wider logistics team and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Essential
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Capable of working on own initiative
Desirable
- Trained and experienced on safe operation forklifts, pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment
- Previous Experience using Barcodes/ handheld scanners devices
- Previous Experience using an ERP system
- Previous Experience in cycle counting/stock checking
- Counterbalance or reach licence is desirable but not essential
