Our client, an international engineering company manufacturing car engine parts are seeking Security Officer to join their team. This position is based in Dunmurry. Pay Rate: £12.81 Per Hour Hours Per Week: Seven 12-hour shifts every fortnight, including one weekend per fortnight Working Hours: 7am – 7pm Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent Essential Job Criteria: •     Basic numeracy & literacy •     Experience of working as a Security Officer on a large site •     Able to work unsupervised •     Able to work alone and as part of a team •     Courteous •     Good interpersonal skills •     Able to remain calm and in control in emergency situations •     Able and prepared to work continental nightshift Desirable Job Criteria: •     Experience of using a computer and willing to participate in training, if necessary, to develop IT skills. •     SIA trained Job Duties: •     Signing in visitors •     Patrolling factory area •     Checking doors are locked •     Controlling access •     Documenting security incidents Additional Information: Drugs test is mandatory before starting.
