We are seeking a Receptionist (Part-time /Maternity cover) to join our busy team in Belfast!
This role requires excellent communication, organisational and people skills with the ability to work in partnership across a number of departments.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 2pm and Friday 9am – 5pm
Hours per week: 23 (excludes 1 hour lunch break)
Salary: £14,300 per annum
Contract: Part-time for a duration of 9/12 months

Main Duties
- To act as the initial point of contact for any visitors or telephone enquires
- Operate the switchboard, redirecting calls appropriately and taking / relaying accurate verbal and written messages
- To develop and maintain processes and procedure within the reception area
- To carry out the day to day administration of the front office, including answering telephones, emails and running an appointment diary
- To answer queries from clients and candidates
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow of work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
- To liaise with other departments with reference to ordering stationary
- To assist with ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required, taking a proactive approach to time management.

- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent IT Skills Outlook, Word, Excel and Databases
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Flexible
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience working in a busy multi lingual reception area
- Previous experience working with CRM systems
- Bi-lingual to include fluent English
