Our client, a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join thier team based in Crossmaglen
Pay Rate:
Day Shift: £13.94 Per Hour
Evening Shift £15.37 Per Hour
Night Shift: £16.43 Per Hour
Hours Per Week:
The rotation hours would be one week- 48 hours and the second week would be 36 hours.
OR
Someone who can also work weekends (full day shift on a Saturday) and could be a mix of days and evenings
Working Hours:
7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am
7am – 3pm & 3pm – 11pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Job Duties:
- As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of our client's products
- To work towards Production KPI in relation to output, waste, and cost.
- To execute the production plan adhering to running order and volumes
- To train new employees and agency workers in department specifics
- To implement good housekeeping procedures in the workplace and lead by example
- To observe and enforce appropriate Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures always
- Verifying that products adhere to established quality standards and customer specifications
- Evaluating incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collecting and preparing samples for laboratory analysis.
- Conducting regular quality checks on the production line to ensure products meet standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of quality control procedures and findings.
- Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and standards like HACCP
