We are seeking Production Operatives for our client, Stone Bakery, a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia based in Crossmaglen. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production line operation's
Pay Rate: £12 Per Hour
Working Hours: Various shift patterns available!
Pick any of the below shifts:
Day shifts:
- Monday to Thursday 7am - 7pm
- Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm
Evening shift:
- Monday to Friday 3pm – 11pm
Night shift:
- Monday to Thursday 7pm - 7am
- Monday to Friday 11pm – 7am
Weekend shift:
- Friday to Sunday 7am - 7pm
Job Criteria:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is a plus.
- Good communication Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Job Duties:
- Work on a production line to assemble and package products.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with the cleanliness of production equipment.
- Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
