Our client, DPMNI LTD a Northern Ireland-based property maintenance company offering cleaning, repair, and facilities management services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties is seeking a cleaning operative to join their team.
This Cleaning Operative position is Province wide, Northern Ireland.
Candidates will be picked up from designated pick up point and returned to this point after their shift.
Pay Rate: 12.71 Per Hour
Hours Per Week: 20 - 40 Hours depending on client needs and booked jobs
Working Hours: Various Shifts between 8AM & 8PM
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Criteria:
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work efficiently within a team.
· Good time management skills.
· Physically capable of manual work.
· Reliable and punctual.
· Good communication skills.
Desirable
· Previous experience in builders cleans, sparkle cleans, or commercial cleaning.
· Knowledge of professional cleaning equipment and chemicals
· Construction site cleaning experience.
· CSCS / CSR card (preferred for site work).
Job Duties:
· The Cleaning Operative is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across a range of environments including new-build construction sites, completed properties requiring sparkle cleans and commercial premises.
· The role requires attention to detail, efficiency and adherence to company health and safety standards to ensure all properties are cleaned to a professional and client-ready standard.
· The operative will work as part of a team and may be required to travel to various job locations depending on operational requirements
· Candidates will be picked up from a pick up point and dropped back to this point after their shifts
