Our Client, a well-established Kitchen & Bedroom Manufacturer to the trade since 2005, are recruiting for a Accounts Payable / Office Admin, to play a key role in their business. This individual would ideally be enthusiastic and hardworking, based in Antrim.

Salary: £15.00 Per Hour

Working Hours:

9am to 1pm 5 days a week

OR

8am to 4.30pm 3 days a week

Hours Per Week: 20-24 hours

Job Type: Permanent

Job Duties:

- Maintain accurate filing of purchase orders and delivery dockets.

- Match purchase orders and delivery notes to invoices.

- Verify pricing and apply correct coding to supplier invoices.

- Process invoices using Sage 50 Accounts and Auto Entry software.

- Resolve and follow up on supplier queries promptly.

- Reconcile supplier accounts monthly.

- Conduct weekly BACS payment runs.

- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

- Support after-sales customer service.

- File invoiced sales orders.

Job Criteria:

- Sage 50 Accounts experience

- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills

- Previous accounting experience in a busy office environment
