Our client, Wrightbus, a leader in zero emissions vehicles, are seeking Warehouse Operators to join their team based in Galgorm.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the receiving of goods from suppliers, processing these through the system and storing them in an appropriate location/manner. You will also be required to pull together customer orders for shipping.
Hours Per Week: 38
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:15am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1pm
Pay Rate: £11.84 Per Hour
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to permanent
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the compliance with the company’s health and safety policy and procedures ensuring the warehouse & workshop policies are being adhered to.
- Responsible for the safe operation of plant equipment
- Responsible for all aspects of the storage & preparing goods for shipping;
- Receiving and inspecting goods into stock
- Handling goods with care
- Putting goods in correct bin locations within store
- Picking and packing goods using appropriate materials
- Preparing orders for shipping
- Providing high level of service to our customers
- Ensuring Warehouse procedures and processes are adhered to
- Accurate kitting and issuing of parts to orders.
- Transportation of material within the warehouse in a safe manner to ensure on time shipping and that the parts are not damaged. Fork truck use will be required from time to time however full training will be given.
Job Criteria:
Essential:
- Full driving license
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to complete documentation clearly and accurately
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
