We are seeking Goods In Operatives for our client, a leading supplier of fasteners, fixings, and bespoke assembly parts, serving clients throughout Northern Ireland and the ROI. These positions are based in Dungannon.
Rate of pay: Starting at £13 Per Hour (with chance of pay rate increase)
Hours Per Week: 40
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Job Duties:
•Goods in – Receiving and checking in goods against supplier’s paperwork.
•Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy.
•Ensuring all goods are put away in correct location to enable picking and packing.
•Reporting any problems/defective goods to supervisor.
•Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
•Loading and unloading of goods in, goods out and containers on a daily basis.
•Organising and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes to maintain 100% stock accuracy in all store locations.
•Rotation of stock (where applicable).
•Any other duties required
Job Criteria:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good work ethic, a reliable individual who can demonstrate good attendance and timekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience within the Engineering sector would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to follow instructions.
