We are seeking a Warehouse Controller for our Client, Stone Bakery a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia, based in Crossmaglen.
Pay Rate: £15 per hour
Hours Per Week: Approx. 42 hours per week
Working Hours:
Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7pm-7am
Week 2- Wednesday & Thursday 7pm-7am
Job Type: Permanent
Job Criteria:
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience operating EPT or FLT
• Good computer skills
• Good planning and organizational skills and good attention to detail.
• Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience of stock taking, packaging, ingredients & finished goods, and adjusting variances.
• At least 1 year’s fork truck experience and valid license (Counterbalance, Reach, and Pallet Truck);
• A shunter license.
• Initiative to drive and meet targets.
Job Duties:
• Responsible for the efficient dispatch of finished food products.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of dispatched goods.
• Supply production with packaging, intermediate product, pallets and ingredients as and when required in line with production schedules, ensuring routine operation is not disrupted.
• Maintain Stock rotation and reconciliation of ingredients & packaging.
• Ensure that the cleaning schedule for the warehouse, dispatch area and loading yard is periodically completed.
• Ensure that raw material, packaging stock added value ingredients and allergens are stored to the BRC standard.
• Loading and unloading of Lorries of dispatched and received goods.
