Our client, Greiner Packaging, one of the most successful packaging companies established in the UK, are seeking Technical Lead Operator within Injection Moulding department to join their operations in Dungannon.
Pay Rate: £13.99 Per Hour + £0.96 Per Hour Shift Allowance
Hours Per Week: 36.5 (Average)
Working Hours: 2 Week Rotational Shift Pattern
Early: Monday to Thursday 06.27am - 15.00pm, Friday 06.24am - 14.00pm
Late: Monday to Thursday 14.27pm - 23.00pm

Job Criteria:
Essential:
· Strong technical capability evidenced by a minimum of 12 months of experience within a manufacturing environment in a similar technical role.
· Experience of knowledge transfer through training of others
· Minimum GCSE / equivalent level including English & Maths or >3yrs demonstratable experience in a relevant role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Desirable:
· Relevant Technical or vocational qualification (e.g., Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing)
· Strong knowledge of Thermoforming Processes
Job Duties:
· To provide on shift Technical & Co-Ordination responsibilities within the Injection Moulding department with regards Health, Safety & Quality, process optimization and provide knowledge to perform technical decision making & execution on shift.
· To be trained in and apply specific GPUK process, equipment, machine speeds, changeover times, product specifications and customer quality requirements.
· To assist in the establishment of best Injection Moulding practices, and ensure that all process settings are optimised, without compromising Safety, Quality or Hygiene procedures.
