Our client, CDE Global, based in Monkstown, is currently seeking Store Operatives to join their team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring all materials and parts are accurately controlled, stored, and managed in an organised and efficient manner within the stores area, supporting smooth production and operational processes.
Pay Rate: £12.98 per hour + Holiday Pay
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am – 3pm
Friday 6am – 12pm.
Hours Per Week: 40

Job Criteria:
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Forklift license
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Attentive to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Dependable and reliable
- Enthusiastic, energetic self-starter able to work on own initiative
- Willingness to develop and adapt to new situations
- Team Player
- Available to work flexible hours and
- Clearance to work in UK
Desirable Criteria:
- NVQ level 3 Qualification in Warehousing/Stores
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Aisle Master or Bendi truck experience
- Material picking using handheld scanners
Job Duties:
- Adhering to company safety policies and procedures, at all times
- Good inwards
– goods off load, verify against paperwork and verify quality
- Stock management – ensure stock is put away in applicable section of stores
- Despatch – accurately ‘pick’ goods for fabrication, site, assembly or spares
- Maintain target 5s standards for work area and identify and implement improvements.
- Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
- Stock counting – assist with the routine physical stock count and check stock levels on request.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
