Our client, one of the UK's most advanced composites manufacturer is seeking a paint sprayer to join their team, based in Lisburn.
Pay Rate: £16.01 – £17.04 + Holiday Pay
Hours Per Week: 36.5 Hours
Working Hours: Start on Evening shift and then move onto Nights
Evening shift Monday - Thursday 15.00 - 23.00 Friday 12.00 - 18.30
Night Shift Sunday – Wednesday 23.00 – 07.00, Thursday 23.00 – 05.30
Job Type: Full time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Criteria:
- Candidates must have good organisational ability, must be focused on safety.
- Need to be a trade sprayer externally.
- Have a spraying knowledge (High Quality standard)
Job Duties:
- All activities associated with spray painting
- Achieving required levels of quality and efficiency
- Ensure Manufacturing Processes and safe working practices are adhered to during the process
- Monitoring and reporting all aspect of process performance with any non-conformance being reported immediately to the Business Unit Manager, Flow Coordinator and/or Team Leader
- Maintaining appropriate records required
- The cleanliness of the working areas and equipment
- Constructive contributions to the team so as to ensure continuous improvement
- Minimising waste in terms of both raw materials and product rework
- The scheduling of paint mixes to meet line requirements
