We are seeking Skilled Operatives for our client, Stone Bakery, a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia based in Crossmaglen. As a Mixing Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate weigh up and mixing of recipes.
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £14 Per Hour
Working Hours: Pick any of the below shifts:
Day shifts:
- Monday to Thursday 7am - 7pm
- Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm
Evening shift:
- Monday to Friday 3pm – 11pm
Night shift:
- Monday to Thursday 7pm - 7am
- Monday to Friday 11pm – 7am
Weekend shift:
- Friday to Sunday 7am - 7pm
Job Criteria:
- Basic understanding of English, both written and verbal.
- Good communication Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Job Duties:
- Operation of equipment on the processing line
- Cleaning the machinery and other parts of the production space.
- Operation of mixing machines
- Weigh up individual ingredients against recipes.
- Complete traceability paperwork
- Assign the correct ingredient quantities to the Recipes.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
