Our Client, Survitec, is seeking a Service Ops and Training Admin to join their team based in Dunmurry.
This role provides training administrative support to Survitec operational trainers, ensuring trainees receive the right information, training materials and support for them to succeed in completing their development modules. Provides analysis of training feedback in support of continuous improvement and prioritisation of need.
Pay Rate: £28,000 per annum
Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 1pm

Job Duties:
-Support the engineering team with administrative and operational tasks, facilitating effective communication and coordination across departments.
-Coordinate the ordering of spare parts and materials, ensuring timely procurement to support ongoing training and engineering operations; proactively follow up on outstanding orders to minimise delays and maintain project timelines.
-Manage the issuance, tracking, and upkeep of servicing certificates and maintenance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible.
-Complete and process shipyard access documentation in a timely and accurate manner to support smooth entry and compliance with site requirements.
-Serve as the central administrative point of contact for the global service station network, providing consistent support, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring clear communication and alignment with company standards, processes, and compliance requirements
-Build and maintain strong working relationships with service stations, instructors, and technical teams to ensure training and servicing needs are clearly communicated and efficiently met.
-Provide comprehensive administrative support across all training divisions, including scheduling technicians, maintaining accurate training records and certificates, and auditing data to ensure integrity and compliance.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and third-party training inquiries, escalating complex or sensitive issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
-Prepare, organise, and manage documentation, correspondence, and corrective actions related to service station audits, ensuring adherence to company procedures and regulatory standards.

Job Criteria:
- Educated to High School / Further Education level with 2 A levels or equivalent.
- Competent in full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
