Our Client, Survitec, is seeking a Service Ops and Training Admin to join their team based in Dunmurry.

This role provides training administrative support to Survitec operational trainers, ensuring trainees receive the right information, training materials and support for them to succeed in completing their development modules. Provides analysis of training feedback in support of continuous improvement and prioritisation of need.

Hours Per Week: 36 hours

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm

Friday 9am - 1pm

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary Fixed Term (Maternity)

Job Duties:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all training divisions, including scheduling technicians, maintaining training records and certificates, and auditing data for accuracy.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with service stations and instructors to ensure training needs are communicated, coordinated, and met efficiently.

- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and third-party training queries, escalating complex questions as needed.

- Prepare and manage documentation, correspondence, and corrective actions for service station audits, ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations.

- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment where colleagues feel valued, live the company values, and are encouraged to contribute fully.

- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, developing knowledge of training processes, technology, regulations, and industry best practices through on-the-job experience, coaching, and formal/informal training.

- Promote and uphold a safety-first culture, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all.

Job Criteria:

- Educated to High School / Further Education level with 2 A levels or equivalent.

- Competent in full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).

- Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

- Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.

- Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
