Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator/Purchasing Administrator to join their team based in Portadown
Pay Rate: 30k – 35k per annum
Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Criteria:
- Sage experience would be desirable but not essential.
- The candidate would be working directly with the production manager and internal sales team and helping them with daily tasks.
- Full time position, office based with the option of flexible working hours/working from home depending on skill level and competency
Job Duties:
Sales Admin Tasks:
- Answering the phone and taking customers details and requirements - Passing these through to the sales email account/relevant person.
- Providing customers with costs/Quotations over the phone
- Providing Customers updates on their orders by phone/email
- Checking stock availability for customer's
Purchasing Admin Tasks:
- Identifying Orders that are coming overdue and still have outstanding parts waiting to come in, chase suppliers for these parts or source alternative suppliers.
- Identify overdue orders or orders that will become overdue and updating customers
- Checking stock levels and reorder products
- Update Purchase Orders with confirmed delivery dates
- Ad Hoc ordering of misc. items
