Our Client, a high end clinical research and medical aesthetics business, are seeking a Receptionist to join their team based in Belfast.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key part in shaping the patient experience. We’re looking for someone who is polished, confident, personable and has a strong sense of hospitality and customer service. We’ve a fantastic young vibrant team, who are friendly, welcoming and great at their jobs.
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Hours Per Week: 20 hours
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm,
Part-time- potential increase in hours after one month
Job Type: Temporary, Ongoing
Job Criteria:.
- At least one year receptionist experience
- Basic Access NI required
Job Duties:
- Answering the reception phone and directing calls appropriately or taking messages when required
- Greeting patients and delivery drivers, and managing the visitor book for non-clinical visitors
- Ensuring toilets and kitchen are stocked with essentials (soap, toilet paper, hand towels)
- Spot checking the cleanliness of toilets in the morning and before leaving
- Breaking down boxes at the end of shift
- Making tea and coffee as needed
- Occasional quick errands (e.g. picking up milk)
