We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of our client's products. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help drive the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Pay Rate:
Dayshift- £14.66
Night Shift- £16.43
Hours Per Week:
The rotation hours would be one week- 48 hours and the second week would be 36 hours.
Working Hours:
7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Job Duties:
As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of our client's products
To work towards Production KPI in relation to output, waste, and cost.
To execute the production plan adhering to running order and volumes
To train new employees and agency workers in department specifics
To implement good housekeeping procedures in the workplace and lead by example
To observe and enforce appropriate Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures always
Verifying that products adhere to established quality standards and customer specifications
Evaluating incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collecting and preparing samples for laboratory analysis.
Conducting regular quality checks on the production line to ensure products meet standards.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of quality control procedures and findings.
Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and standards like HACCP
