We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our client, who is at the heart of excellence in Northern Ireland’s Agri-food sector based in Broughshane.
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour + £20 a week T&A Bonus
Hours Per Week: 40
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm
Job Type: Permanent
Job Criteria:
- Previous experience in the food industry within a Supervisory, Charge hand or Line manager role
- Great communication skills, verbally and Written
- Must be fully reliable
- Strong Leadership skills as must be willing to train, learn and develop
Job Duties:
- Training and developing employees
- Maintaining the production schedule
- Evaluating production efficiency
- Determining the quality of goods before shipping
- Ensuring that health and safety laws are followed
- Overseeing routine production activities
- Troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on a production floor
- Ensuring a safe and clean production workspace
