Our client, the largest privately-owned mill-independent steel processors and stockholders of strip mill and reversing mill plate products in the UK, are seeking Production Operatives to join their team based in Lisburn.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + Holiday
Hours Per Week: 37.5hrs
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Criteria:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- A positive "can-do attitude''
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties:
- Operate the machinery
- Cut metal sheets to sizes
- Work on the busy production line
- Fill out the correct paperwork and get the product ready for dispatch
- Quality and non-conformance checks
- Packing duties
- Loading lorries
