Our client, Crust and Crumb Breads Ltdis based in the Carn Industrial Estate, Craigavon, specialising in the production of high-volume quality frozen and chilled bakery products for leading retailers and manufacturing customers.
We are seeking Production Operatives to join their team!
Day shifts include: 5am - 5pm, 5days one week, 2 days second week £12.27 p/h , Sat and Sunday +£0.95
Nightshift includes: 5pm - 5am 5 nights one week, 2 nights second week £13.72 p/h
Working Hours:Rotational 12 Hour Shifts (Days or Nights)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
Job Type: Full Time, Pernanent
Job Duties:
· Work on a range of machines to produce product as required.
· Responsible for the cleanliness and housekeeping of working area and machinery.
· Responsible for the quality of the product produced.
· Assist in any production duties as requested.
· Assist in any cleaning duties as requested.
· Work at a sufficient rate to meet the day’s production requirements to operational specification and producing goods to the required quality standards.
· Adhere to the factory hygiene requirements at all times whilst carrying out duties.
· Co-operate in one’s own personal training and development programme in accordance with the Company’s Training Policy and Procedure
· Assisting in the training and development of fellow employees when required.
· To promote and maintain the Company Equal Opportunity Policy to ensure a neutral and harmonious working environment.
· To carry out all duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and fellow employees.
· Any other duties as dictated by the Production Supervisor/Team Leader or any other member of Management
