Our Client in Ballymena require immediate Production operators to join their team. This position will be a temporary position for a couple of weeks with ad hoc work in the coming months.
Must be flexible to work day shift and night shifts.
Working Hours: 12 hour, day and nights shifts – Rotational - 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am
Pay Rate:
Day Shift £12.25 Per Hour
Night Shift £14.09 Per Hour
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary
Job Criteria:
- No previous experience required - training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident and approachable in dealing with people

Job Duties:
- Contribute towards achieving and maintaining a positive team and working environment, working in a cooperative manner and providing support to work colleagues on your line as needed and adapting to change in a positive and professional manner.
- Communicate in a respectful, professional and timely manner with Managers, work colleagues and wider team to maintain continuity of production and ensure a safe, efficient working environment for all.
- Perform duties to the highest standard adhering to standard operating procedures in a safe and efficient manner to maximise production and achieve targets.
- Responsible for the highest standards of housekeeping and hygiene, in line with regulatory, company and customer requirements.
- Any other duties and tasks deemed to be within competence and within reason.
