Our client, a leading food manufacturer specialising in food–to–go UK and ROI are seeking a Production Operator to join their team based in Newry.
Pay Rate: £11.44+ Per Hour
Working Hours: Day Shift: Sunday to Friday 7am - Finish (5 days out of 6)
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Duties:
- Build and create our extensive range of high-quality products.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
- Understanding and implementing health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring machines settings are correct.
- Assembling, packaging and labelling.
- Running quality checks.
Job Criteria:
- Previous production experience is desirable but not essential
- Being able to work in a quick, accurate, efficient manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic reading and mathematical skill for following recipes and training manuals.
- Be willing and able to learn practices involving all aspects of the production of food products.
- The ability to work as part of team and make a positive contribution.
