We are seeking Production Operators on behalf of our client, the UK’s most advanced composites manufacturer based in Lisburn.
Pay Rate: depending on shift pattern
Day shift: £11.44 Per Hour + Holiday pay
Evening shift: £14.30 Per Hour + Holiday pay
Rotational shift pattern Days\Evenings: £14.01 Per Hour + Holiday pay
Hours Per Week: 36.5hrs
Working Hours:
Rotational shift pattern
Morning shift: Monday to Thursday 7.00am - 3.00pm, Friday 5.30am - 12.00pm
Evening shift: Monday - Thursday 3.00pm - 11.00pm, Friday 12.00pm - 18.30pm
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Job Criteria:
- Flexibility to work on various shifts
- Previous production/ manufacturing background
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience with working with fibre glass would be an advantage
- Experience of using various hand and power tools
Job Duties:
- Working with composite resin to make moulds
- Cutting, sanding, polishing, spraying, gluing
- Hanging parts on jigs, quality checks
- Operating power and hand tools
- Operating machines
- Checking if products conform to specifications
- Working as a part of the team
