Do you have joinery experience and are looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking Production Operatives for our client, a small family ran blinds business in Ballymena.
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (starting rate, increasing to £12 per hour)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Job Duties:
- Working within a Production Team to ensure all required blinds and shutters are delivered on time.
- Making blinds and shutters to order by following the customer requirements.
- Checking all aspects of blinds and shutters are within quality tolerances.
- Liaising with Team Leader to ensure all daily targets are met.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous joiner experience using hand and power tools
- Proven ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment and also to work on your own initiative, taking personal responsibility for work while maintaining a focus on detail and accuracy and producing work of a high quality.
- Proven ability of working to meet strict deadlines and to achieve agreed department targets.
