Our client, a galvanization and powder coating specialist, are seeking Process Operatives for their team based in Lurgan
Pay Rate:
Early Shift: £10.95 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Late Shift: £11.59 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Overtime: £11.77 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Special Overtime (Outside production hours): £14.49 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Sunday Overtime: £17 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Working Hours: Rotation shifts early/late
Day Shift: Monday to Friday 6am-3pm, Saturday 7am-12pm
Evening Shift: Monday to Friday 3pm-12am
(Additional Sunday work available)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent position
Job Duties:
- Attaching steel items, using tying wire, to jigs for hot dip galvanising
- Use of power tools
- Cleaning down and fettling material after hot dip galvanising
- Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line
- Ensuring safe and controlled movement of production around the factory.
- Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
- Ensure all work is completed to specified quality and safety standards
Job Criteria:
- Steel fabrication experience & FLT (forklift truck) licence would be an advantage
- No experience necessary as full training given
