We are seeking an Office Administrator (Sales office) to join our client's team in Portadown. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Job Duties:
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Use of Sage200 for various office tasks, e.g. Order Processing
- Perform general office duties
- Liase with Suppliers by phone / email to check status of Purchase Orders and Update the System Accordingly
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette skills
- Maintain and develop relationships with staff and customers to help us reach our next company milestone
Job Criteria:
- Previous Office experience
- Good IT skills
