We are seeking Mixing / Machine Operatives for our client, Stone Bakery, a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia based in Crossmaglen. As a Mixing / Machine Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production line operations.
Pay Rate:
Day Shift: £12.93 Per Hour starting / £14.29 Per Hour when trained
Night Shift £14.86 Per Hour starting / £16.43 Per Hour when trained
Hours Per Week:
Day Shift: 36 Hours per week with potential overtime
Night Shift: Week 1: 48hrs, Week 2: 36hrs
Working Hours:
Day shift: 7am - 7pm
Night shift 7pm - 7am
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Job Criteria:
• Good understanding of English, both written and verbal
• Good communication Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a similar role.
Job Duties:
• Ensuring the accurate weigh up and mixing of recipes.
• Operation of mixing machines
• Weigh up individual ingredients against recipes.
• Complete traceability paperwork
• Assign the correct ingredient quantities to the Recipes.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
