We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for our client HMG Powder Coating, a leading manufacturer and supplier of powder coatings.
As the only powder coating manufacturer in Ireland, and one of the largest in the UK HMG Powder Coating operate in a
busy environment. They need a ‘hands on’ skilled engineer (coming from plastic injection, extrusion, or food processing would be ideal, but they are flexible) with a bias to mechanical to join their collaborative and friendly team!
Salary: £30 - 40k Per Annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7.45am – 4pm
Job Type: Full time, Permanent position
Job Duties:
• Machine Setting.
• Oversee installation projects.
• Carry out emergency lighting tests (preferable).
• Complete Portable Appliance Testing (preferable).
• Assist in risk assessments.
• Support the company in achieving high quality finished product.
• Support the company in continuous improvement.
• Support training of staff
• Preventative and Reactive maintenance of production and ancillary equipment.
Job Criteria:
• You are a positive, and effective team-player.

• You are self-motivated and organised.
• You are proficient at using workshop tools.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate good methodology in fault-finding.
• Preferably at least 5 years in a production process environment
• Preferably experience with extrusion equipment
