Our client, a bottling company primarily focused on E-Liquid vapes are seeking a Machine Operative in Dundonald.
The primary responsibilities of this role include packing bottles into boxes and supporting machine operators with day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operation of our production processes. Within this role there are opportunities to raise your profile and get trained in the art of machine operation.
Pay Rate: £11.44 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Duties:
- Inspecting and packing bottles into boxes to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Support machine operators by assisting with machine set up, operation and maintenance as required.
- Identify and rework incorrect finished products to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Perform general day to day duties to support production operations, such as cleaning work area’s, organising materials and assisting with Inventory management.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with Team Members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
Job Criteria:
- Minimum 4 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths & English.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment.
