Industrial Temps require a Key Account Co-ordinator for our client based in Belfast at our Clients premises and also at our Belfast Head office.

The successful candidate will be the main liaison for Industrial Temps and will be responsible for keeping Industrial Temps up to date with all matters relating to Temporary Workers engaged with our Client including all recruitment and admin duties associated with the role.

Salary: £26,000 Per Annum

Hours Per Week: 38 hours

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 3pm (please note this may vary depending on operational requirements of the Client)

Job Type: Full time, Permanent (subject to 6 month probationary period)

Job Criteria:

Essential:

- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with both internal and external stakeholders preferably within a demanding, high pressurised manufacturing environment to include but not limited to Industrial Temps cross functional team, our Client Management team and our Temporary Workers

- Proven experience providing a customer focused service that is clear, concise and accurate

- Be flexible, enthusiastic and have energy and drive

- Have excellent communication & organisational skills

- Have excellent interpersonal skills

- Understand the needs of the Client to undertake the full responsibility of the day-to-day management of the Clients recruitment needs

- Self motivated and able to work with minimal direction

- Be a team player but can use their own initiative when required to take this position on and make it their own

- Be approachable, hardworking, reliable and resourceful

- Have the ability to liaise with Clients/Stakeholders at all levels of the business

- Be keen to build excellent working relationships with both candidates and clients

- Be fluent in English (both written & spoken)

- Proficient using 365, Microsoft office i.e. excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook

- Have a driving licence/access to a car

Desirable:

- Previous agency Account Management experience

- Rota management experience

- Previous experience working with a CRM and/or Time & Attendance system

- Proven ability to prioritise, multi task and work to tight deadlines

Job Duties:

- To maintain and develop the client relationship through excellent communication and account management

- To produce weekly timesheets from clocking reports

- To ensure daily fulfilment in line with weekly rota requirements including holiday cover

-To report on daily fulfilment and weekly & monthly performance

- To undertake factory tours and issue PPE as appropriate

- To set up Temporary Workers on Client clocking system
