We are seeking a HR Officer/ Administrator for our client, a textile recycling and export company based in Cloughmills.

Pay Rate: Depending on experience

Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm but can be flexible to suit your needs

Job Type: Part time, Temporary to Permanent

Job Criteria:

- Must have admin experience with HR background

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Main elements of the role:

- Inductions

- Absence Management

- Dealing with employee queries

- Disciplinaries

- Grievances
