Our client, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Belfast.
Experience with Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. Production/Manufacturing Experience is a bonus.
Salary: Up to 50k Depending on Experience
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm Friday, 8am – 3pm
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract, 6 Months
Job Summary:
- This role advises on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures and processes.
- Works directly with leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports Survitec business goal
