We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Admin to support our client, Survitec, a leading service-based organisation located in Dunmurry. This key role will work closely with leadership to align the human resources strategy with business objectives, offering strategic input while delivering hands-on HR support.
Pay Rate: £35k Per Annum
Hours Per Week: 37.5 Hours
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm
Friday 8am-1pm
Job Type: Fixed term 12 months with possible extension

Job Duties:
-Identifies requirements for HR frameworks and tools within an important area of responsibility to meet business needs.
-Specifies the design and manages development and implementation, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the broader HR policy framework
-Provides specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions
-Investigates complex business questions, using a wide range of HR data to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues and identifies opportunity to enhance employee engagement and/or improve business performance
-Investigates and proposes solutions to very complex and/or contentious Employee Relations cases in partnership with line managers.
-Coordinates the Survitec response to legal cases brought by individuals; contributes to the preparation of legal submissions and ensure all parties complete casework accurately and within deadlines
-Specifies, develops and tests HR data collection procedures and tools within complex areas of HR practice to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements
-Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team.
-Manages relationships with internal clients and acts as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and managing the deployment of appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
-Helps develop and deploy business critical employee lifecycle procedures (such as development / succession planning).
-Understands, upholds and contributes to creating a safety-first culture within Survitec.
-Ensures a safe and healthy working environment
-Develops own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gains or maintains external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential.
-Maintains an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
