We are seeking a Goods in Operative/ Forklift Driver for our client a bathroom supplies company based in Lisburn
Pay Rate: £10.42 - £10.90 Per Hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Job Type: Full time, Temporary to Permanent position
Job Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Load and unload trucks or containers using a forklift
- Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Keep accurate records of materials handled and inventory levels
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned
Job Criteria:
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment
- Ability to accurately read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
