We are seeking a Gluing Operative to join our Client's, Conlig based team on a permanent basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm

Pay Rate: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Job Duties:

- To be responsible for the set–up, operation and preventative maintenance of the press to which you are assigned to. Report any maintenance issues to your line manager and to record this on the maintenance log.

- To liaise with the production team to ensure print deadlines are adhered to.

- To confirm product specifications, arrange adjustments and to monitor the quality of the product ensuring specifications and deadlines are met.

- To set up machinery in-line with health and safety and safety at work regulations based on competency assessments.

- To finish printed items to meet the specification, using the company’s various finishing machines and to maintain a safe working environment.

- To be responsible for the operation and preventative maintenance of finishing equipment to which you are assigned to and to report maintenance issues to your line manager and to update the maintenance log.

- To check product specifications, and to ensure machinery is adjusted to perform to the correct standard.

- To follow all personal hygiene, hazard and risk analysis and group processes whilst working in production facility.

- Record keeping; to ensure all records are completed as checks are performed. Ensure these are legible and accurate including traceability information.

- To maintain a high level of health & safety, cleanliness and organisation around the workplace.

- To perform other duties as assigned and to assist in operating other related equipment.
