Industrial Temps is recruiting a Admin Support/Payroll to support Industrial Temps Payroll Department admin function in the Belfast office ensuring full compliance, excellent customer service and timely delivered services remain priority at all times.
This role will continue to evolve and will be reviewed regularly, therefore, the duties outlined below may not be exhaustive.
Role: Admin Support/Payroll
Working Hours: Monday: 9am-5pm
Tuesday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 9am-2.30pm
Friday: 9am -2.30pm
Hours Per Week: 25 Hours Per Week
Location: Belfast
Reporting to: Marta Gado Payroll Manager
Status: Temporary ongoing
Pay Rate: £12.70 Per Hour
Main Duties:
· Assist with the timely input of timesheets adhering to strict payroll deadlines
· Assist with dealing and resolving of payroll queries from clients and candidates
· Inputting change of details for candidates and also new start details using the Payroll and RDB software
· Ability to prioritise a varied workload to tight deadlines
· Dealing with client and candidate queries e.g. sending out duplicate invoices or payslips
· Training – to undergo training from the payroll team on the full payroll function
· Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
· IT proficient using Microsoft excel, Powerpoint, Word & Outlook
· General administrative duties
Essential:
· Proven ability to prioritise, multi task and work to tight deadlines
· Previous experience in a busy office environment is preferred but not essential
· Proficient using 365, Microsoft office ie excel, Powerpoint, Word & Outlook
· Previous experience working with CRM systems is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
· Team player but can use their own initiative when required
· Fluent in written/spoken English
· Ability to work in a clear and concise manner
· Excellent interpersonal and attention to detail skills
· Demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving
