Industrial Temps are now recruiting for Admin Support at our Belfast office!
The aim of this role is to provide admin support to the Recruitment Team at our Head Office.
Salary: £25,785 Per Annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Type: Full time, Permanent (subject to 6 month probationary period)
Job Duties:
- Assisting with the various stages of the recruitment process
- Liaising with Clients/Candidates by telephone and email
- Assisting candidates with the registration and interview process
- Updating our in house recruitment database
Job Criteria:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
- Strong admin background
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Team player but can use own initiative when required
- Contribute towards a harmonious working environment
- Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines
- Proficient using Microsoft office/365
- Ability to prioritise varied workload
