We are seeking an Administrator To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office based in Ballymena.
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours Per Week: 37
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to permanent
Essential Criteria:
- Manage and organize office operations, procedures, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
Job Duties:
- At least 1 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience with office management systems, databases, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
