Industrial temps are delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our Client based in Galgorm.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour.
Hours Per Week: 40
Working Hours: Week: Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
The role will mostly be IT work, filing etc. The main requirement is IT skills, you will need to be knowledgeable with Excel, Word and composing/sending emails.
Job Criteria:
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong administration background
- Proven evidence of accurate data management and integrity
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Exp. Using Excel formulas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation
Job Duties:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages, dealing with queries and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Data Entry, typing up letters, typing up reports and Creating spreadsheets
- Printing and photocopying
- Maintaining office systems
