Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operative based in Crossmaglen.
Pay Rate: £13.24 Per Hour
Hours Per Week: 40
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm
Friday, 8am – 1pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary
As a Warehouse Operative, you are responsible for supporting the safe and efficient movement, storage and dispatch of materials and finished goods within the warehouse.
You will ensure that ingredients, packaging and finished products are handled correctly, stored in line with company standards, and supplied to production in accordance with production schedules. You will also support loading and dispatch activities while maintaining accurate stock control and traceability.
Job Criteria:
· Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
· Basic understanding of written and spoken English (sufficient to follow instructions and complete documentation).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures accurately.
· Good attention to detail when handling stock and documentation.
· Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
· Physically capable of carrying out manual handling tasks safely.
· Forklift licence or willingness to undertake training (desirable depending on role requirements).

· Accurate handling and storage of materials and finished goods.
· Timely supply of materials to production.
· Accurate stock records and documentation.
· Safe warehouse operations and adherence to procedures.
· Clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment.
Job Duties:
· Receive, unload and store incoming goods in the correct warehouse locations.
· Pick and supply ingredients, packaging and materials to production areas in line with production requirements.
· Prepare finished products for dispatch, including palletising, labelling and staging for collection.
· Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
· Ensure correct stock rotation is followed, including FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
· Verify product details including pallet ID, batch codes, expiry dates and quantities during goods receipt and dispatch.
· Maintain accurate records for stock movements, deliveries and dispatch documentation.
· Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean, organised and compliant with food safety and storage standards.
· Follow all health and safety procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
· Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.
