We are seeking a Training Coordinator for our Client, Baileys based in Mallusk.
This will be a key support role for the Baileys Mallusk management team, the position will be responsible for effective and efficient co-ordination of training and providing day to day administrative support as required.
Pay Rate: £15.38 Per Hour
Hours Per Week: 39
Job Type: Full time , temporary position for 2 months with possibility of extension
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (To be confirmed)
Job Criteria:
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Experience of leading L&D strategy in FMCGs
- Knowledge and experience in content creation and CIPD certificate or planning to acquire one
- Previous experience in a Training coordinaton or a similar HR- focused role
- Highly IT Literate with a working knowledge of Windows to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Strong administrative and basic project management skills
- A great communicator both written and verbal
Desirable qualifications and experience:
- Experience in working within an FMCG, financial or engineering environment
Job Duties:
- Proactive management of training matrix including planning, recording and validation of training
- Ensuring compliance to legislative and audit requirements
- Custodian of training records
- Producing reports as required.
- Monitoring and updating associated budget trackers and managing submissions for training grants/accreditation and any related audits
- Lead and support site engagement initiatives
- Support wider business needs through attendance and actions from site meetings/initiatives/improvement projects.
