Due to expansion, our client in Cookstown is seeking two motivated Team Leaders to join their growing team - one to lead the Packaging Department and one to lead the Production Department.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent from day 1
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am / 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: Depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and support your team on a day-to-day basis
•Ensure productivity targets and quality standards are consistently met
•Plan and coordinate workflow within your department
•Train, mentor, and develop team members
•Monitor performance and resolve operational issues promptly
•Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
•Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Essential Criteria :
•Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role (packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments)
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
•Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
