Our client a manufacturing company of caballing of MRI machines is seeking semi-skilled operatives to join their team based in Larne.
This is an exciting opportunity has come up in a new setup manufacturing company in Larne who plan to grow.
Pay Rate: £14 Per Hour plus shift allowance
Hours Per Week: 39
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
One in 4 evening shift
Monday to Thursday 12.30pm - 12.30pm - 9.30pm
Friday 12.30 - 5.30pm
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Job Criteria:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing /production environment
• GCSE Maths and English
• Previous experience operating machinery
• Ability to follow written work instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Basic numeracy and literacy
• Ability to work shifts when required
• Forklift licence desirable
Job Duties:
• Operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with SOP’s
• Set up machinery
• Monitor product quality and complete quality checks
• Record production, downtime and scrap accurately
• Report defects, faults and safety concerns promptly
• Carry out routine operator maintenance and cleaning
• Follow PPE, COSHH and Safe working procedures
• Maintain excellent housekeeping using 5S principles
• Assist with stock movements
• Comply with company policies and behavioural standards
