Our client is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team based in Newtownabbey.

Pay Rate: £13.98 Per Hour

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9-5pm

Friday, 9–3pm

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to permanent

Job Criteria:

· 1+ years proven sales and/or support experience with a focus on premium customer service

· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Must be living in N Ireland and be able to commute to the office daily

· Must have a good geographical knowledge of NI

· A genuine passion for renewable energy

· Highly organised with experience of planning workflows based on timescales

· Highly motivated and driven

· Punctual and reliable

· Excellent computer literacy

Desirable:

· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

· Previous experience in a similar fast-paced role

Job Duties:

· Dealing with initial customer enquiries, advising on feasibility, and talking through the basic designs for solar PV and battery systems in line with the customer’s needs and requirements

· Manage new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails

· Qualifying opportunities and redirecting them to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

· Organize and plan daily travel routes and appointment setting for Sales Representatives

· Deliver the best customer service before, during and after the system had been installed, focusing on what is best for the customer

· Maintain a high throughput of calls to ensure customer enquiries are responded to ASAP

· Make the most of a culture where there is no exclusivity on good ideas!

· Update company CRM system

· Maintain satisfactory conversion rates: from number of enquiries through to qualification and closure.

· Very occasionally, attendance at trade shows

· Assist colleagues when required with any admin tasks that may be necessary

· Organise own diary to ensure all tasks are completed in time

· Use initiative to problem solve

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

· Strong organisational skills

· Strategic thinker, metric driven, and goals oriented individual.

· Highly motivated and driven, with plenty of energy and enthusiasm

· Punctual and reliable

· Excellent computer literacy
