Production Operators Wanted – Temp to Perm!
Industrial Temps are recruiting on behalf of our client Based in Ballymena
We are sourcing workers who are reliable, hardworking and have previous hands-on experience in manufacturing, production or assembly

Pay Rate: £12.71 Per Hour
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm & Friday: 8:00am – 1:15pm
Job Criteria:
• At least 1 year’s recent experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment
• Previous experience working to production targets and deadlines
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Good practical/manual skills and confidence using basic hand tools
• A strong understanding of workplace health & safety
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
Job Duties:
• Working as part of a busy production and assembly team
• Assembling furniture components and products accurately and efficiently
• Following production instructions, specifications and assembly processes
• Using hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly
• Checking components and finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards
• Carrying out visual quality checks and reporting any defects or issues
• Preparing materials and components for the production process
