Industrial Temps are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Antrim for Print Assistants to join their team in Antrim. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn, with full training provided to help you develop your skills within a modern print production environment. Full training will be provided. Your training will be adapted depending on your previous experience, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and develop within the printing industry.
Pay Rate: £13.18 Per Hour
Training will initially be carried out on day shifts before moving onto the rotating shift pattern
Working Hours:
12-hour rotating shifts from 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am
Days & Nights including weekends 3 shifts per week
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Duties:
• Supporting Print Operators with day-to-day production
• Preparing paper, plates and other materials for production
• Loading and unloading reels on and off the press
• Assisting with job changeovers and preparing equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining printing presses
• Carrying out daily equipment checks
• Maintaining ancillary equipment
• Removing waste materials for recycling
• Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
• Assisting with weekly and monthly press cleaning and maintenance
